In urgent cases, judicial officers will resolve the cases,

District and session to accept and dispose of bail, remand, stay (injunction) in cases of urgent / urgent nature for the period of 26 March to 14 April 2020 in sequence of instructions issued by Honorable High Court Jabalpur. In which Additional District and Sessions Judge Sushil Kumar on 26 March and 04 April, Additional District and Sessions Judge on 27 March and 7 April, Additional District and Sessions Judge Radheshyam Madia on 28 March and 8 April, Additional District and Sessions Judge Rajesh Kumar Srivastava 30 On March and April 9, Additional District and Sessions Judge Abhishek Singh on March 31 and April 11, Additional District and Sessions Judge Judge Vijay Kumar Sonkar will resolve the cases and cases on April 1 and Additional District and Sessions Judge Suryaprakash Sharma in his court room / conference room on March 3. At the same time, the officers nominated for bail, remand proceedings in the Magistrial Courts will resolve the cases from 3 pm to 5 pm on the scheduled dates. Among these, the Judicial Magistrate First Class Agnindra Dwivedi will take related action on 26 March, 02 April and 9 April. In which the Judicial Magistrate First Class Ramshare Raj in Tehsil Court Vijayaraghavgarh will hear the cases in the court on 26, 28, and 30 March and on 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 in the month of April. Similarly, in Vijayaraghavgarh Tehsil, Judicial Magistrate First Class Sachin Sahu will edit the work related on 26, 27 and 31 March and on 02, 04, 06, 08, 10, 12, 14 April in the month of April. Judicial Magistrate First Class RP Sewatiya on 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 March in Barhi Tehsil Court and from 1 April to 14 April in the month of April, Judicial Magistrate First Class Chaudhary Singh Sayyam in Dhimarkheda Tehsil Court from 26 March to 31 March Till date and from April 1 to April 14, necessary action will be taken in respect of disposal of cases pending in the court. District and Sessions Judge Achal Kumar Paliwal has directed all the officers and employees concerned that they will be present in the office for the minimum period required in the above period for the above work and will be edited in the court through video conferencing or otherwise in such a way that Corona virus infection should not spread and no one is affected by it. In this regard, officers and employees have been asked to ensure compliance of instructions issued from time to time by Hon'ble High Court, State Government and Central Government.
